Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. Avoid this company at all costs! They impose mandatory charges every time, ranging from €2 to over €10. When I told the manager the car was thoroughly clean, he increased the cleaning fee from €10 to €20. They force a cleaning fee even if the car is spotless. The manager is unprofessional and they intentionally don't provide floor mats, still charging you even if you've cleaned everything.
