Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. The pickup and return procedures at the store were very formal, there were no hidden charges, the staff were very friendly, and they even upgraded the vehicle to a Fiat 500 small SUV.

“Good car, friendly service and no fuss”

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who did not pressure me re insurance. Their site was close to Bergamo Railway Station and away from the airport. We were collected from the airport and taken to their office - and as we were travelling by train they dropped us at the station at the end of our trip. I would recommend this company and would use them again.
