I waited for a long time at the counter, and then I was initially told I was being given a car a lot smaller than the one I was meant to have. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

There was an issue with the pick-up location, so easyrentcars called me up to tell me, which was nicer than an email.

“good car, bad service”

When we picked up the car one of the rear seats was very wet due to someone who left the window opened. They didn't solve the issue. We arrived at the desk at 13:01 and were charged with a 40+GBP because they were closed at 13:00.
