No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

The counter staff were imbeciles. Had no idea what they were doing. Couldn’t answer simple questions. Couldn’t provide any paperwork or contact info because the printer was broken. Told me to contact MY insurance if the vehicle broke down. Didn’t know their own policies. Totally useless.
