Very satisfied! The car is very new, with only 18,000 kilometers.

Very satisfied, it was very convenient to pick up and return the car at the airport.

Overall satisfied. There were scratches on the car when picking it up, and I reported it on-site. However, upon return, vehicle inspection was ten times stricter than during pickup, and they didn't acknowledge the prior report from pickup. Luckily, I had taken photos before leaving the garage and uploaded them to the app. In the end, the person inspecting the car couldn't make a decision, so he called a supervisor, and I had to write the situation down on paper before completing the return process.

The counter staff went above and beyond to meet our needs for which we are truly grateful.
