I've always rented from this company. Budget is serviced at the Avis counter across the street. Though they are the same company, Budget's cars often have some issues, like cracks in the windshield. If you don't mind spending more, go with Avis or Hertz.

An excellent car rental company with great service. They helped us retrieve forgotten items twice, once even having someone drive the car back to deliver the items. Overall, very good experience, and I will choose this company again next time.

“Good value but discrepancy in selected vehicle between Easyrent and Budget systems.”

It seemed to take a long time to move people through the short line, each transaction taking a while. The agent was able to resolve a discrepancy between my reservation/confirmation and what was reflected in the Budget system (full sized vs standard sized vehicle) but it caused a delay.
