The car was ok but the tariff didn’t match with the one on the app it was more expensive at the moment of pick up

The app was great

the girl at the counter couldn't have been less helpful... she said they didn't have any ford explorers even though i specifically said that is what i wanted when i rented it online... i told her since i was very tall that that one had the most room and since we were going to be driving 2000 miles i wanted to be comfortable... she made no attempt to locate one for us and told us we had to upgrade if we wanted something comparable in the leg room...we ended up spending way more than we had budgeted for another vehicle and when we were walking to get our truck we walked passed 8 yes 8 ford explorers!!!!!!!! if they don't have them how are they sitting there with the keys in them to be rented out? she was lazy and didn't want to look for us... not a good time... out a lot more money and didn't get close the vehicle that we wanted...

I got screwed. i was a few minutes early to pick up my car (8 minutes to be exact) and it was not communicated that my 24 hour clock started then. When dropping off the vehicle (regardless of the unexpected snow storm) I arrived approximately 13 minutes after the reservation time and had to wait at least 10 minutes for the attendant to get to me and found out their computer system was down. I was penalized by being charged an additional $60 +/-. they have a 29 minute grace period which would have been fine had they told me my reservation was actually 8 minutes earlier than booked. And to add... no one walked the car with me prior, but there was damage to the the door that I had to point out upon drop off.
