The car rental service was excellent, with no sales pressure. I used roadside assistance once, and it was very prompt.

The staff who attended to us was gentle and did not push any extra sales. They accommodated our less-than-fluent English and explained all the details clearly. They even drove the car out of the lot and parked it in a convenient spot for our inspection and departure.

They start too late! It was a Sunday, and the airport rental office still had no one by 11 AM. Even by 12 PM, there was no one. If I hadn't accidentally left my DSLR in the car and called, I wouldn't have gotten the guy to come out (he said he lived far away and had to drive for half an hour…).

Obviously my car exceeded my expectations. New car, spacious and superior that I thought
