Easy experience friendly, capable staff.

The counter staff were unhelpful and didn't assist with car pickup or provide vehicle information. The car itself and the interior were generally fine but were covered in minor scratches. When I reported this, they just told me to take photos for evidence without providing any vehicle information for comparison. For returns, they just told me to take photos and drop the key in a box, without checking the car or asking for the car number or whether it was returned on time. This gave me no sense of security and made me feel vulnerable to being scammed. It also seemed like the car wasn't cleaned properly, as if it was handed directly to the next customer after I returned it.

Car had not had its interior cleaned. Rubbish in the car from a previous customer (water bottle, hire car signage etc)

Like: We were upgraded to a better vehicle.
Dislike: very little explanation on how to use the car. Since we were not familiar, it took some time to become acquainted.

Like: Free upgraded to a new luxury BMW SUV, staff friendly and professional with no hard sell for extras.
