All cars parked within specific category eg small medium etc so could pick the car you wanted to drive. keys already in the car so just sit and drive out to the boot. Car is scanned to your details and off you go. Returning the car was such a simple process as well just loved it. drive through lane , attendant scans details, looks around vehicle check mileage and fuel and you receive print out and off you go. Thank you we certainly will be using the service again.

The staff did not try to sell us any insurance. They just asked how many people we had, and upon learning that we had a larger group, they recommended a bigger car. At first, I thought it was a sales tactic, but they showed us the car we initially booked—it really wasn't big enough for our luggage. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a larger car. Not sure if there was a discount, but it was sufficient.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
