They only saw '2022/9/1' and said my license had expired. I explained that the Chinese text after that means 'long term,' and the Zuzuche translation document stated: 'Valid Until: Permanent. This document is long-term valid.' The staff said that it was not acceptable and insisted, pointing to the original document, that I prove my license hadn't expired. I suggested we use Google Translate. Using Google visual translation, it directly translated to 'long term,' and then they handed me the car. I'd like to know if this issue lies with Zuzuche or the branch. Please provide an official response.

The staff was rude and very impatient. The car was old, and they charged 198 AUD for a fallen hubcap. Thankfully, I had bought full insurance.

It's a small company located outside the airport, making returning the car convenient, with a shuttle to the airport. But it's limited to the airport; I stayed at the airport holiday inn and asked if they could pick me up at the hotel, but they refused unequivocally. I had to call a taxi to get to the company. The car wasn't very new, but the price was cheap. However, the AUD 300 deductible even with full insurance is not good. It's better to choose big companies like HERTZ that offer zero-deductible insurance.
