The customer service's attitude was decent, but I rented a seven-seater MPV. When I went to pick up the car, they informed me that I couldn't drive the MPV because I was under 23-24 years old. Instead, they offered me a seven-seater SUV, but I had to pay extra. I had carefully checked the age and driving experience requirements for the company and vehicles when making my selection. However, during pickup, they refused to give me the car, citing age restrictions.

Waited in line for half an hour only to find out the reserved car model was not available. Couldn't get a refund, had to settle for a manual transmission car.

No car exchange allowed, given a manual transmission which is very difficult to drive, and they wouldn't change it. Even offering money didn't work.

Overall, this is one of the better car rental companies in Barcelona. The location is easy to find, and the cars are relatively new, like a 2023 Mini. The staff recommended an upgrade, but it was very cheap, only 10 euros per day, and there was no pressure. They only asked about insurance once, so the whole process was very smooth. The only issue was that their customer service phone number couldn't be reached. For late-night returns, you can just use self-return.
