The service at the counter was quick and the staff were fairly friendly, although they did try to sell insurance. The Jeep Grand Cherokee I booked online wasn't available, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead (I guess there aren’t many Grand Cherokees and it's just a gimmick online). Overall, Alamo’s cars aren't new, but the condition is acceptable, though the interior was a bit dirty.

Large store, good service, and quick process.

The car rental location at Las Vegas Airport is very convenient, with many rental company counters all in one hall. We arrived early, so there were very few people in line and the rental process was very smooth. The car pick-up hall is large with clear signage, and there were many models to choose from within the same class, at least 10 cars or more.

The process at the San Francisco airport branch was quick and straightforward. I booked an RV4 or Ford Escape class vehicle, and the pickup was very flexible—you could choose the car yourself in the garage. I opted for a JEEP, which was actually an upgrade at no extra charge since I had purchased the best insurance. On the third day in San Francisco, my car window was broken, and items were stolen while inside Golden Gate Park. After filing a police report, I contacted the rental company and immediately returned the car without any additional paperwork. The service was prompt and customer-friendly.

Very good, they upgraded my vehicle for free at the store. When the tire burst and the windshield broke on the road, they handled it immediately and replaced it with a new car for free.
