I booked a Peugeot 508 but was upgraded to a BMW 3 Series diesel wagon. The car had 70,000 kilometers on it but was in very good condition. I didn't visit any chaotic big cities, so there were no issues with theft or vandalism. I thoroughly enjoyed the driving experience with the diesel BMW: precise steering, adaptive cruise control with L2 semi-autonomous driving, powerful performance, stable at high speeds, and excellent sound insulation. It's perfect for the South of France, which has both mountain roads and highways for long-distance driving. In terms of space, the trunk is very large and can fit two 28-inch suitcases plus a carry-on bag.

The car was almost new, very lightweight and easy to drive, clean and comfortable when picked up. The staff were very nice. However, there were hidden charges. At least up to now, I still don't know why a deposit of 112 euros was deducted when returning the car.

Convenient pickup, reliable service

Happy with the car. Picking up was a bit slow but this was because the car turned up late from the previous customer. Only thing I wasn't totally happy with was while checking the car before driving away I was asked again about what insurance I'd taken out. I thought I'd sorted that at the desk not to be questioned in the car park.

All fine, only issues I had was because of my lack of computer knowledge
