The car rental process was smooth, but the Grand Cherokee is hard to rent, so we settled for options like the Santa Fe or Dodge Journey.

Except for a minor issue with the rental, everything else was great, especially returning the car, which was super convenient and quick!

All cars parked within specific category eg small medium etc so could pick the car you wanted to drive. keys already in the car so just sit and drive out to the boot. Car is scanned to your details and off you go. Returning the car was such a simple process as well just loved it. drive through lane , attendant scans details, looks around vehicle check mileage and fuel and you receive print out and off you go. Thank you we certainly will be using the service again.
