Terrible experience. Not the way which we expected. Not clean car producing some sound while driving

Would prefer not to have to drive car up to the 9th floor.

They had no car for us! And other people were dismissed as well due to shortage of cars!

The car had mechanical issues which cannot be identified by the visual inspection upon first receiving the keys - the left front wheel had a major vibration and rattling noise when driving between 30-40 km/h. The car was not clean - windows all round were greasy and dirty, boot lining was muddy. The counter staff had very average service - all necessary paperwork is done but it felt like they all rather not be working on both days of picking up and dropping off the keys.

There is only one person at the counter. Took more than 20 minutes to complete. The car was dirty with no mats. The car was driven more than 125,000 km and the condition is not so good. The fuel tank was not full.

Like: Good comfortable car and reasonably priced to hire. Pick up and drop off locations were convenient and the process was easy. The shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
Dislike: Car wasn’t cleaned properly. We found random chips and mentos throughout the car.
