Very satisfied with the car rental service!

The first time I was alone, it was quick. The second time, there were no cars available and I waited for half an hour. By the time my turn came, there were two people ahead of me, and I waited another 20 minutes. It felt somewhat inefficient, but overall acceptable since language barriers need time.

I like the convenience of the branch office that's right next to Perth International Airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. The drop-off of the car key is easy too. No need to go through the office & counter. The car is good.

Always love the competitive price and the good quality of the car rental firms under them.

The car was the perfect size for luggages.

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
