Picking up the car at the counter at night was slightly slow, and a deposit was required, which they said would be refunded within two weeks. However, picking up and returning the car at the parking lot was very quick.

Europcar is very helpful. I changed my drop off location from the initial goreme location to the airport. Also, even at the airport, I dropped the car at the parking lot just outside departure gates and kept the key at the Car pick up area of Europcar in the departure. They were accomodative, friendly and went extra mile in fulfilling a smooth drop off. Very nice guys

All thing is good , but after 3 days pick up the car the front break is not good but i am go to company and they change my car in 5 mins only .

Like: been upgraded with no additional cost & with a brand new vehicle.
