Very poor customer service, slow to respond when issues arise

Everything was good except for the part that the previous driver had left a lot of hair and litter in the car and Great Rentals did not bother to clean it.

Great service all over! the best prices around and really nice cars too!! we were younger renters and wasn’t aware we needed a credit card for a big deposit as it was but it worked out all good and we’re super amazed with everything

The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times
