One staff member picking up and processing. I waited an hour to get a car I rented for 4 hours!

The car was good for the price I paid for the rental - just what I needed - right size & good luggage capacity. The car was not very clean on pick-up though - I had to clean all of the windows inside and outside just to see where I was going...It had not been washed for a while either I would say

There is a lot of unnecessary complication with vouchers. The rental compnay just wanted a confirmation number, D/L & credit card - just like any other rental car outfit.

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

Enjoy dealing with Great Rentals, they're friendly and helpful, and really good value compared to other rentals.

Easy booking process with good information provided on confirmation.

This was probably the best experience with rental cars, we ever had. Everything worked out perfectly well. The folks at Great Rentals were awesome!!
