Easy booking, good price, easy to manage and cancel

It was average. The staff will try to sell insurance. The service was okay.

The local staff I encountered were very friendly, didn't push for insurance, the process was fast, and the car inspection went smoothly.

Cheaper to book on Qeeq than with East Coast direct. Very worth it. They will try to upsell insurance but that's ok so long as you explain you have your own. Though you'd need to put in a 1k AUD deposit by card. Got a lower end SUV however but all good.

Rebooked using the price drop protector. Super worth it.

have a business and wanted to try an independent provider to compare with the big providers. Other then the short wait for transport to an offsite location from the airport, the service and vehicle were at the same standard as the big provider just at a better price. Will be having staff use East Coast more often.
