A month after returning home, they charged me without any reason, without any email notification, and not just once. It's outrageous, almost like daylight robbery!

Excellent service, no insurance upselling, and quick return process

Terrible company. I booked a car for 9 AM, but due to some delays, I arrived 2 hours and 18 minutes late. They said there were no cars left. Such a big company doesn't even have one automatic car? And their attitude was awful, saying they only hold the car for two hours and after that you're on your own. The staff had a strange accent and gave unclear explanations.

Dislike: The car was brand new, however the interior had not really been cleaned properly.
