Very satisfied

Overall convenient. The car we originally booked was too big and felt hard to control. We coordinated with the counter to switch to a smaller car. For four people, a 7-seater is a must, as the luggage fills up the space. Since we bought full insurance, returning the car was super quick, highly recommend.

Free shuttle bus from terminal to airport. Very friendly staff, fully recommended.

Good easy process

IF someone had come out to the car to show where lights etc were at collection it would be better as were after flying from Ireland and not familiar with American cars

The chap who dealt with us at drop off point on our return was really helpful and lovely
