Europcar in Austria tried their best to assist with a car replacement, and when no similar car was available, they considered the option of repairing the vehicle. Ultimately, we opted to switch to a slightly smaller car. Although the whole process was a bit complicated, you could feel that everyone tried their best. Additionally, QEEQ's support from China was excellent, constantly tracking our car replacement progress overseas. They also kept reminding us of the requirements and procedures for on-site compensation and subsequent claims.
