This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
