About 25 days after returning the car, unexplained charges appeared. Even now, over a month later, I can't determine the cause, which is disappointing.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

I wanted the car I rented, an economy car. I did not want an SUV. I doubt that I would rent from Routes again. Although I rented for a reasonable price, the add ons for insurance, some of which I did not really need, I found very irritating.
