The staff had a lackadaisical attitude, chatting casually, working inefficiently. It took 30 minutes to pick up the car and another 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Very unprofessional! Even after returning the car, I was charged after 20 days. I will not rent from this company again. I don't know how this platform selects rental companies. Routes is terrible!

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

“Bad for Routes”

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.
