The service was acceptable. They may ask you to add insurance, but it's okay if you don't. However, I don't understand why the store was closed when I returned the car. On that day, the Budget store had no staff, so I returned the car at the Avis return point next door. They said it's the same company, so I was able to return the car there. The return process was quick; they checked that the fuel tank was full, started the car to make sure everything was fine, and that was it. No additional charges.

The car rental service was acceptable. However, the store changed its address without any notice, making it difficult to find in a foreign country with a language barrier. Both the store and the car rental platform are responsible for this.

Convenient and fast

This was my worst car rental experience. The BMW 5 Series was not available, and they replaced it with an XC60. It was just the two of us, and we didn't want to drive an SUV. It cost us an hour. The Turkish staff were really dishonest; they added full insurance and asked me to sign, costing several hundred more. I can't express how I feel. I'm not satisfied with this app, and I'm even less satisfied with the Turkish rental store. The return location was hard to find, and we almost got charged an extra day's fee.

Very good attitude. Both pickup and return were very convenient. The car we got was a VOLVO S60 from the same series as the BMW 3 we initially booked. The car had over 10,000 kilometers on it and was very easy to drive. The only small issue was finding the return location in Antalya. When we called the rental company, we were transferred several times, and not many people spoke English, but eventually, we managed to find it.
