Price for product was great.

From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

Routes staff lied about pickup time and why it took so long, 1hr after flight arrived in 90 dry heat. Car was on E and was supposed to be full. Under staffed and most didn’t know what to do. Drop off was not available at flight time so had to drop off night b4 and Uber back to hotel and then to airport next day. Extra $90

Customer service is not their focus. I waited for 15-20 mins prior to being helped. During that time the phone rang constantly - not one time was it picked up.

They did not have the type of car I rent so they gave us a larger car that makes spend more money in gasoline

I signed in first but another guy was taken ahead of us....then he had trouble with his Ins. So that was the only thing ....took an extra 20 min.
