When we arrived at the counter, they told us the car model we reserved was not available and offered an upgrade, which we refused. Then they insisted we buy insurance, even though we already had full coverage. They said our insurance bought through Zuzuche was not valid and we had to buy theirs to be covered. Since it was midnight back home and we couldn't call Zuzuche for clarification, we had no choice but to buy their insurance. They also told us our rented car couldn't leave Vancouver without extra charges. We argued but to no avail. We had to pay extra, and the final cost was double the original rental price. We waited another hour to get the car, making the whole experience horrible and extremely unsatisfactory!

Unfortunately our experience of 2 budget cars in our trip was not the best. The second car was not as we requested, it was scratched and felt tired we were very disappointed

Easy to work with. Convenient, especially with a last minute booking just after the NEW YEAR

Booking has always been easy through QEEQ, which is why I have continued to be a repeat customer. Cannot beat the prices that they offer.
