Overall, it was a pleasant experience. This was my first satisfying overseas car rental.

The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

Since I chose the car, it was already waiting for me when I arrived. The wait for the staff at the airport was about 10 minutes. Very convenient.

Car was in very poor shape; it was missing a rim cap, interior was stained, floor was not vacuumed, exterior was not washed, provided usb cables were broken. Pick up location was inaccessible and in absolute decay. The lady at the front desk was great. Will not be using yesaway again.
