The staff were very friendly and patiently explained everything without pushing for additional insurance. However, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach location was very crowded. Although I had a 10 AM appointment, I had to wait in line until nearly 12 PM to process the paperwork and didn't get the car until after 1 PM. This was partly because the location is too busy, and also because various memberships in the U.S. get priority service. If you pick up a car from this location, make sure to allow at least 2 extra hours.

The prices are higher compared to other companies, the car is relatively old, and the condition is average.

The attitude was okay. It's a large rental company with locations everywhere.

Waited for close to 4 hours before we could drive off

First car we were given needed an oil change so we had to drive it back to hertz to get another car then after driving that second car to our destination we found that second car was also past its oil change. Need to check your cars better, shouldn’t be down to the person renting.
