Alamo pick up location quite far from airport. Shuttelbus without troulke though. Finding the counter building could be a bit more intuitive. Counter staff not friendly but also not rude. Car handover staff firendly and easy going. We could pick from two differtent large SUVs. Car was brand new and flawless in all respects.

counter staff was a bit annoyed with us, we had booked 2 - 15 seater vans and they would not remove the back seat for luggage, wanted us to book another car just for luggage which would have been an extra $1200 USD which we declined and just jammed our luggage over seats etc. we needed to buy a small step to get in and out of the van as it was very high. Alamo were great when we let them know the van had been broken into and we did not have to pay any excess as it was all covered.

No problem with Alamo LAX, as usual.

Like: I met að lot of freindly people and it was easyer to drive than I thought, had no problem getting parking lots. The guy who welcomed me at the drop of gave me 25% discount because the dar was smelly, I didn´t ask for any change of price but I´m even happyer.
Dislike: The weather wasn´t as good as I thought it would be and the traffic was very heavy.
