Terrible experience! I booked a Mercedes C, but they gave me an A. After a heated argument, they provided a GLB. Shortly after driving off, I noticed tire pressure issues (photo as evidence). I had to refill air during the trip. When returning the car, I simply dropped the key off as I was rushing to catch a flight. Later, I received an incident report claiming I lost a tire valve core (this was disproven with video evidence, and the report was deleted). The focus was on the same tire with the pressure issue, alleging there was a 1cm cut. I had no choice but to accept the blame. Absolutely awful.

The staff did not have the car we booked or similar and gave us a smaller car and made us pay more to get one that would fit. That did not charge the qeeq prices or the prices on their website but a lot more

Need better communications with the Alamo people as we got sarcastic comments about not booking direct.

When the vehicle had an accident, the car rental company refused to provide a replacement, requiring us to return the car early and rent a new one. Whether the fee for the remaining days will be refunded is still a mystery! QEEQ says the chances are slim! Additionally, two fees were deducted for the car damage, and we have yet to recover the extra one! Please ask QEEQ to help contact the car rental company; their efficiency is astonishingly slow!

Have issue with car tyre pressure. Staff gave me free upgrade for next booking.

Easy to use.

The front of house staff were very helpful. I was upgraded to a larger car which I did not like. It was a Fiat.
