However, Rentacar company's response was slow. It took them 10 days to retrieve the vehicle from the authorities, causing significant inconvenience and incurring almost 1000 pounds in costs during my stay in the UK. When asked why it took Hertz 10 days to get the vehicle back, they never gave a direct answer, instead offering unconvincing excuses. In summary, very disappointed. Your company did not look after the customer's interest. Poor service.
