The Fairview Crescent area in Waiheke has narrow and winding mountain roads, making it difficult to pass other vehicles. Unless you have specific needs, it’s better to choose a smaller car model. Additionally, this rental company requires a NZD 2,000 credit card pre-authorization on-site, which is quickly canceled if the car is returned without issues—it was refunded to the account by the next day.

The service attitude is good. The staff were fairly polite, but the rental and return locations are inconvenient, especially the return location, which is too far from the airport. If you're catching a flight, you'll need to allow an extra hour.
