The car rental service was very professional and fast.

At pickup, I couldn't get the car I reserved online. They gave me a more expensive car that was less practical. Everything else was fine. Pickup and drop-off were convenient.

1. The pickup location couldn't find the reservation, and we were directed to another branch; 2. The car class was downgraded, we got a SKODA FABIA in poor condition, unsuitable for driving in the Black Forest area; 3. The designated return spot at the central station was insufficient, requiring a long queue at the only counter to fill out forms, almost missed the train; 4. The actual rental company was EUROPCAR. At pickup, another family was also complaining about poor service... Haha!

1. There was no information indicating an additional airport fee of 21 euros; 2. At the airport, I was informed that I was not old enough to drive the specified model, which contradicts the information in the app; 3. When placing the order, it was mentioned that a phone holder would be provided, but there was none upon picking up the car; 4. The service staff had an accent which made the experience very unpleasant;
