There were two staff members at the store, one German who was on the phone and an Asian standing by. When I spoke in Chinese to my companion to ask the Asian for help, he immediately replied in English to wait a moment and then pretended to check some documents. If he wasn't Chinese, how did he understand my Chinese and respond in English? It seemed like he didn't want to serve Chinese customers, very disappointing. The German staff member explained the contract very quickly. When I said I didn't understand and needed a translator, he got impatient when the translator device couldn't connect online, saying, 'Aren't you supposed to know English?' After explaining once more, he told me to sign with a clear expression of not wanting to repeat himself.

The Europcar Munich branch, which cooperates with Shouqi Car Rental, has two arrogant employees. The female manager of the branch covers up for the malicious vehicle upgrades carried out by her subordinates. When I requested to swap back to the reserved vehicle, they deliberately downgraded the vehicle class and used the excuse of no automatic transmission to make things difficult. They have double standards for Westerners and Chinese; they explain every clause to Westerners but give the Chinese customers a German version instead of an English one, misleading them about the deposit vs. upgrade fee. When asked if there were any extra charges, they verbally said no. After being caught, they forcibly claimed that signing meant confirmation and refused to refund.
