Satisfied. The car rental process was very simple. Just needed a driver's license and a passport. The staff gave them a quick glance and told me to use 95-grade gasoline, and that was it.

Excellent, received a new car with only 6000 kilometers. Toll fees and ferry fees were directly deducted. 12 days cost just a little over 1000. However, I didn't receive an email statement.

There is no audi a3 available, so they put me through on a Toyota rav4, which is good enough. I do suggest them to use studded tyres in Tromso area in winter time, the roads are very slippery.

The platform is easy to use and providing great price

I returned the car to the airport 10 mins after the set return time and i was charged a full extra day of rental. I had to contact Budget customer service after returning home with international call to get my charge reversed. I think Budget can do a little better (I asked the counter if everything good, he replied YES everything good) when returning key to the counter. Otherwise one little issue might ruining the whole trip.
