The day we picked up the car, we noticed a nail in the tire. After driving for a short distance, we returned to replace the vehicle, but there were no cars available. The next morning, we went back to exchange the car again, and Thrifty's excellent service ensured they checked the mileage and immediately provided us with a replacement. As for the tire issue, they informed us to file an insurance claim ourselves.

No waiting in line, completed in ten minutes

The staff at the Melbourne branch had a great service attitude. Knowing we were heading to the city center, they drew us a route and recommended parking spots, and also provided a map for pickup and drop-off routes. However, when we went to the branch near Hyde Park in Sydney to file an accident report, the staff there were not very friendly and kept insisting that if we had bought their insurance, we wouldn't have had so many issues.

Poor poor condition. Picked up the car and 15 minutes into driving, indicator showed low tyre pressure to one of the back wheels. Went to a gas station and got the tyre pressure filled back up. Checked the tyre and noticed a small nail on it. Tried calling the hotline for assistance but wasn’t able to get through. Finally after 2 hours someone answered and send a guy over to fix the tyre. Long story short, the guy who came over for the repair said this was not a recent damage but happened more than 6 hours at least means no way it was damaged on my hands. Poor customer service at Sydney airport. Big no no to get cars from them....
