great car but they overcharged me...now trying to get the money back

The car was dirty outside and all glass was dirty,I had to buy wipes to clean windshield and side glass.

Car was great. Clean, tidy, minor marks that I pointed out but they really weren’t that bothered on drop off. Pick up less than an hour. Guy on desk tried to up sell a few items like pre paid tolls which I didn’t need and luckily didn’t take. Up sold fuel, which suited me, cheap enough at $42. On site at airport so easy to find. Excellent experience, would use again.

Everything was seamless and painless. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Yes I was booked the car with medium Suv/ Toyota RAV4. But when we arrived for pick up the car the staff told us the they ran out of SUV car. But we already book the car before. They offer me a small which not much space for the luggage. We have to wait for decied about 10-15 mins then another customer return a Toyota camry car. I ask them for that car. Thay said ok but they did not give me any discount even the Toyota camry is more cheaper then SUV. The staff was not helpful and friendly. Feel very upset for the first time with them. Waste money, waste time.!!
