The service attitude was good.

I returned the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was not full and charged me for 1.8 gallons (about 6.8 liters). They said the tank was 15.5 gallons when I picked up the car and 13.7 gallons when I returned it. Whether the rental company has the ability and time to accurately measure the fuel level is questionable. Even after the fuel nozzle clicks, you can still add a few more liters. They charged $9.9 per liter plus an 11.11% service fee. Extremely dissatisfied.

Both pickup and drop-off are very convenient, no complicated procedures, impressed by the trust system in the US.

The attitude was average, they kept trying to get me to upgrade the car. I suspect the car I reserved wasn’t available. In contrast, big companies like Enterprise would directly upgrade the customer.

Who's punishing whom? The Budget staff said the contract from Zuzuche is not related to them, and in their eyes, Zuzuche means nothing.
