“Smooth process”

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

“Cheap but rip of fees”

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap
