The overall service attitude was quite good, but there were two issues: 1. They try to upsell insurance during pickup, even if it's already included. 2. When returning the car, they intentionally blame the renter for any damages unless there is evidence it existed during pickup, which is very frustrating.

The car pickup process was too slow; I had to stand and wait for an hour with no air conditioning or seating.

When we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
