Terrible experience. The car return location at Sydney Airport is not near the terminal, making it very difficult to find. This caused me to be over an hour late in returning the car, and they charged me an additional full day's rental. When I complained to customer service, they said it's their policy. This company is staffed entirely by people from India, and their heavy accents make communication difficult. They overcharge unfairly. Very bad review!

The car pick-up instructions at Melbourne Airport were overly simplified, and the staff mostly spoke accented Indian English, which was hard to understand. Other than the slow actions of some foreign staff, everything else was fine.

This was the first time I encountered a rental company requiring an international driver's license to include a complete English translation of the home country address. After a lengthy discussion with the Europcar counter, they finally allowed us to rent because we had already paid.
