They only saw '2022/9/1' and said my license had expired. I explained that the Chinese text after that means 'long term,' and the Zuzuche translation document stated: 'Valid Until: Permanent. This document is long-term valid.' The staff said that it was not acceptable and insisted, pointing to the original document, that I prove my license hadn't expired. I suggested we use Google Translate. Using Google visual translation, it directly translated to 'long term,' and then they handed me the car. I'd like to know if this issue lies with Zuzuche or the branch. Please provide an official response.

Overall, it was okay. Returning the car was simple. The branch is open until 10:00 PM and the last shuttle to the airport is at 9:30 PM. The pickup experience was not great, and the car's condition was just average. Compared with similar price ranges, the condition of cars in Australia and New Zealand is generally not as good as in North America.

The rental office is located on the outskirts of the airport, and finding the shuttle bus location is not clear. However, the customer service was good, and car inspection was done immediately upon return, avoiding misunderstandings from the lack of handover.
