Very satisfied

Rented a car from this company and there were small scratches on the door. Since we had full insurance with no deductible, there should have been no charges. However, this company unauthorizedly charged my card. When we returned the car, no one inspected it. After we got back to China, they claimed there were some scratches and asked me to pay for it, even though we had full insurance. ZUZUCAR said they would negotiate with EUROPCAR, and there should be no additional fees. But on October 31, EUROPCAR charged 550.00 AUD to my credit card without my card or my permission! Such a garbage company.

Europcar charged us additional $43 for additional driver which wasnt mentioned when we booked. We took insurance from Easyrentalcars which Europcar stated we need another from them because excess of $7900 is charged in any case. No clarity in the process. Rest it was easy online and got a nice Car

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

It was much cheaper than booking direct. All went smoothly, didn’t even need to show e voucher at pick up
