Excellent service! This is the second time I've rented from this company, and both experiences were delightful.

Good impression! Friendly reception, simple procedures, and the car was in good condition!

The store is within walking distance from Southern Cross Station. We were four people, and two of us took an Uber with four suitcases, costing 8 AUD, while the other two took the tram. The car rental company is very professional, and the staff explained everything patiently. We left a 100 AUD deposit, which will be refunded 7 working days after returning the car. However, we haven't received it yet. Returning the car at Avalon Airport is also convenient. Just park the car at the designated rental parking lot and drop the keys in the Dropbox at the car rental counter in the terminal. Local time at the airport and major streets and scenic spots can be seen locally.

Counter staff were very helpful & friendly. Pick-up & drop-off was a breeze.

Europcar people did an excellent, friendly job. The car category we ordered wasn't available, so they upgraded us to an Equipe SUV with a cheerful smile and no ifs or buts.
