The car rental company was quite good. Although I didn't get the model I originally reserved, the car was still fine. I had a minor traffic incident, but the process for switching cars was very straightforward. Very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the car rental experience. The staff pointed to a row of cars and said I could choose any one. I picked a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander with only 800 miles on it. Amazingly, we fit all nine pieces of luggage inside. Great job!

The rented car model was the same as in the pictures, but it was black.

Overall, it's pretty good. Although they initially promised a RAV4, we ended up with a Nissan, which was a gas guzzler. However, it was still comfortable to drive, and the car exchange was very fast. The service overall was quite good.

The Alamo company is quite good. There are plenty of vehicle options, and they are relatively new. The Jeep I rented had only driven a bit over 2000 kilometers. There were no additional charges or upselling. Just take your printed rental confirmation and proceed directly to complete the paperwork. The printed contract is the same as the rental confirmation.
