予約サイト上で第三者傷害保険込みのレンタルできる車に制限があるようです。また第三者傷害保険表記がレンタカー会社で名称が異なるケースもあり分かりにくい点がありました。別途チャットでの問い合わせで親切な対応ですべてがクリアになり、実際現地でもスムーズにレンタカーを借りることができ、楽しい旅行になりました。ありがとうございます。

The car wasn't very new.

They added numerous insurances without any consultation and forced us to buy a full tank of gas after rejecting them, charging us $60 for gas that costs $40 outside. The vehicle model was downgraded from a Grand Cherokee to a regular SUV, which was not four-wheel drive, preventing us from visiting King's Valley. This was the worst car rental company, hands down.
