good price, good car, recommended

Very satisfied. I'd like to emphasize that I had two flat tires on the Great Ocean Road. We were a group of five, including adults and children. Although I had full insurance, the local service only towed the car but didn't transport people. It was already past 6 PM and getting dark, so we were very anxious. Fortunately, the rental company sent someone with spare tires to rescue us after more than three hours. We are really grateful to them.

Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

Even though the vehicle wasnt the car we booked, it ended up being better as it was more roomy and one of my family members was in a wheelchair so it suited us perfectly. Only thing I didnt like was it was black.

I didn’t know that non holding australian driver license can’t buy the premium insurance to decrease the excess fee to zero. That is terrible. Look like scammer.
