This wasn't just our experience; other customers waiting to pick up their cars had similar issues, with no one responding in the lobby. The first car we received hadn't been maintained; it immediately showed an engine oil change reminder upon starting. They did replace it for us quickly, but it cost us some time. Overall, if possible, it's better to choose a more renowned rental company.
