cheap and cheerful

Quite disappointing. Long waiting time. Poor service attitude. Annoying pressure to buy insurance. Not punctual. Reserved model was not available.

Overall good experience, the bus instructions were a little confusing and the bus to Drivalia is the hotel hopper, they could be more explicit in those instructions. Honestly the company should just look them over again and make them better. Mileage limit not an issue but might be for some.

it was good, my points keep 'expiring' so they are basically not worth anything, always disappointing when companies do that with loyalty points. Unclear if I got an upgrade or not having gone with the diamond membership.

Condition of car wasn't great but well priced vehicles. Brought car back and it went straight out without clean or check. Customer service average too but again at the prices its fine. No return issues. Smooth. Worth the punt.

The car given exceeds my expectations

従業員の人数が充分でなく、車の受取に2時間以上待たされた。 その上予約していた車が無く、それ以上に高いランクの車を勧められ、それしかないので仕方なくそれを借りる事にした。 二度とこのお店では借りない。場所も遠く沢山の荷物を持っての移動はバスでもたいへんでした。。。
